Developed and delivered a fully customised PacDrive3 advanced training programme for Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical engineers. Content covered servo system architecture, motion programming, parameter tuning, and on-site fault diagnosis. Outside of Schneider's official channel and authorised distributors, this level of PacDrive3 training expertise is rare — making this engagement a distinctive demonstration of deep platform knowledge.
Siemens PLC & HMI Training — Third-Party Lecturer

Worked as an independent technical lecturer for third-party automation training organisations, delivering Siemens PLC and HMI courses to engineers and technicians from factories across China. Curriculum covered S7-300/400, S7-1200/1500, and WinCC across beginner-to-advanced levels. Distinguished by a practical, multinational-industry teaching style, and an early adoption of Factory I/O 3D simulation environments — which was relatively novel at the time and well received by both institutions and participants.

Delivered comprehensive electrical automation training across SIG Combibloc filling machine product lines over a 9-year period. Programmes were delivered at SIG's in-house training centre and at customer sites throughout Asia-Pacific, covering PLC/HMI operation, electromechanical fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance. Designed hands-on modules reflecting real production scenarios, supporting both internal field engineers and key customer technical teams.
Combismile Filler & DS Course Development

Led the development of training courses for the newly launched Combismile filling machine — SIG Combibloc's next-generation packaging platform. Coordinated trainer and field engineer travel to SIG R&D headquarters in Germany for prototype familiarisation and commissioning participation. Managed iterative course development cycles in collaboration with the global training centre team, ensuring content accuracy as the machine design evolved through to production release.
